2. Scope of Service & Commercial Rights

Typeframe is a browser-based creative typography design tool. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to generate graphics, text cards, quote images, and code snippets:

• 100% Content Ownership: You retain complete, unrestricted ownership of all text, quotations, and images you create or export from Typeframe.
• Commercial Use Allowed: You are free to use exported graphics for personal, editorial, commercial, or marketing purposes (including social media posts, blog headers, newsletters, and merchandise) without attribution or royalty payments to Typeframe.
• Zero Watermarks: We do not impose watermarks or mandatory brand badges on exported assets.

3. Permissible & Lawful Use

When utilizing Typeframe, you agree not to use the software to:

• Produce, distribute, or promote unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful content.
• Infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the underlying static delivery infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property of Typeframe

The Typeframe brand name, logo, custom user interface components, software codebase, and styling algorithms are the proprietary property of the Typeframe creator. Fonts rendered within the application are open-source typefaces distributed under their respective licenses (e.g., SIL Open Font License).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Typeframe is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 60fps canvas performance and reliable font rendering across devices, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Typeframe, its creator, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service, data loss, or reliance on exported visuals.
